I’ve been doing web development since early 2013 (professionally since mid 2014). I’m been employed as a frontend software engineer by fintech startup Nav since 2018. My frontend expertise is in React and WordPress.
I’m also passionate about game development. I developed my first video game in 2007, and completed my first game jam in 2017. In March of 2018, I started an indie game company called Danger Zone Games, owned by my business Danger Interactive LLC.
I’ve also participated in the semi-annual Ludum Dare game jam a total of 4 times now, and plan to participate more in the future. Game jams are an excellent way to build game development skills, including programming, design, art, and music. Come join us some time!
I’ve released an android app for network diagnostics work called HyperTrace. Additionally, I am currently in the process of working on developing a few small games using the Rust programming language and Bevy game engine. I’m also (slowly) working on building an open source game engine in rust called TimberWolf.
